It was the first time that I was meeting her. Dr. Suruchi Mohta a PhD in music and I had spoken a few times over the phone. I had created a picture of this sweet frail lady that I would be meeting in Nagar soon. On meeting her the vision I had created was nothing close to what I had imagined. Here was this very dignified, very pretty, strong yet demure, so very feminine and pleasantly approachable lady. There was breeding and class that met the eye. We were invited for the Sufi night that she had organised. Dr. Suruchi Mohta was to sing along with the Persian troupe that night. Her melliflous voice left me in tears!
