Hello everyone and welcome!
Freinds! I am sorry that I could not publish any article on my blog, as I was suffering from fever for some time and I hope, you will bear with me for this  and now is to-day's post as below:
Stress is some what unavoidable-here is how to turn it into your best freind. We know that stress is bad for us and it causes damages to everything from health and productivity. However, there are ways to reduce stress, but you cannot avoid stress completely from your life. In fact, when you are doing great things,it is inevitable. There are lot of successful people who were performing at their highest level were motivated by stress during this time. This shows that stress does not have to  be
negative when it is handled in the right way.

Here are a few things to keep in mind that will allow us to maximise the benefits of stress while reducing its damaging effects it can have on our health, relationships and carrears.

Stress is inevitable and if you dont have, you are a different species and you are likely to be an unproductive man in your life. The first step to dealing with stress is to recognise and then you can decide what you can do with it. You need to make a decision and its a choice you need to decide whether you will see stress as either enhancing or incapacitating. This realisation will unleash positive motivation, because, we all know that nothing important comes in an easy way. Recognise stress as a side effect of spreading your wings and challenging yourself. If we are positive on stress, our brain is able to expand allowing  for faster proccessing and increased productivity. You can acheive this by training your brain to recognise stress as a byproduct of your success rather than something to dread. Stress was not designed to kill us. Stress hormones actually induce growth and release chemicals into the body that rebuilds cells and enhances immunity leaving the body healtheir than it was before and any athlet knows it best.

One of the basic rules of the universe is that nothing is perfect. Perfection simply does not exist. If mother earth has not figured it out as yet, then neither you. There are million things that will be out of control and no matter how much effort you put in - so ignore  what is outside your influences. You should try doing things which are under your influences.

When talk about stress, practice is the key to learning how to do it. Always try to do a thing better and not perfect.

After all this game of life is a marathon and not a one time sprint.
