This type of visa is issued by Malaysian Consulate in Nigeria after Department of Immigration Malaysia has approved your application.
- Original approval letter from Department of Immigration Malaysia ( plus two photocopies)
- Valid Immigration passport (plus two photocopies of passport page)
- Application form (Form IMM.47) plus two photocopies.
- Two (2) passport size photograph of the applicant
- Valid and confirmed Return Flight Ticket
- Payment of visa fee
