How to deal with stress

Driving through the traffic,cycling around the street and probably navigating with legs over long distance, its already late and you are back home and the first thing you do when you get home is land on the couch or bed and there you go till further notice lol😂😂😂
I know how it feels to be in the bed after a stressful day its like you are flexing beyond the sky and at that point any one who disturbs you, isn't helping. I am also aware that you are tired of the stress you pass through either at school or at your work place and this post is just what you need to help you.
Labour Force
Stress comes when we over work our selves beyond what we can carry,for that day right? So if you know the kind of person you are and you cant multi tasks and carry out heavy jobs then pick up light jobs that fits your ability so you won't over work and you'll know your limit as well. Or are you capable of those Jobs and can multi task? please don't let that feeling get you stressed up when you are working and you see that you are tired leave it for the next day and rest.
Another way of solving the problem of stress is  knowing your circumstance before you work. Are you sick? And still want to work? That's a bad  ideal!! If you are sick talk to your boss that you need some day off to recover forget about the money you will loose for those days why? You could spend more on treating a stressed sick body than when you ain't stressed. When you resume work cover up for those days you weren't around but do that stress free.
When we say the word stress is it really sounding stress full to you? Probably no because you say it all the time but for some one learning English it maybe stress full because he isn't used to it? That's the point when you start your new Job don't have the wrong approach have the motivation that you can do it stress free as time goes on you will be used to your Job but please don't be used to your stress full Job because when you are its like a child that want to cry but his mouth is covered, when you are used to the stress you are telling your body "shhhhh"

Students
School work is never easy at day one the pressure starts counting and it like you are pulling a pulley with your weak hand, and it makes you feel tired.
Every time you get home you have assignment to carry out and your course materials to study beside that you also have your self to take care of, and that's where the key lies. If you take care of your self you won't stress your self about school work, yes do all your assignments but note that you cant read all course materials in one day take it bit by bit probably reading 2 topics from 2 course materials each day sound great right? Prepare a strict time table to help you archive this
As I said earlier read bit by bit don't wait till its one day to your test or exams or pop quiz its killing you don't disrupt your sweet sleep get enough rest and you will succeed. And in all have the right approach towards your school work don't look at it as a burden but as a companion, you need it if you view it the wrong way you take it the wrong way and end up been tired and archive nothing.
