Renowned Nollywood actor John Okafor, popularly known as Mr Ibu, has successfully undergone a series of five surgeries.

In a recent Instagram post, the ailing veteran expressed his gratitude to the public and provided an update on his ongoing health struggle.

In the statement shared on his Instagram page, Mr Ibu revealed that he is currently in the ICU and in the process of recovering. He also mentioned that he is awaiting stabilisation before he can travel abroad for advanced medical treatment.

The veteran actor expressed his heartfelt appreciation to the general public for their generous Donations. He acknowledged that he still relies on their prayers and Unwavering Support during this challenging time.
