My First Blogmas and Christmas Card Swap, Talk About Happy Christmas Eve Eveee!
Hey Dolls! I’m back to yap about how my First Blogmas and Christmas Card Swap is going! I’ve been loving my blogging journey so far and this by far has been my busiest month (Lol Lena quit talking like you’ve been at this for eons) and most certainly my most fun! I won’t lie, it’s been all kinds of stressful as well and I mean S-T-R-E-S-S-F-U-L. Let’s start with I’m currently moving to a new apartment so I have literally no access to internet other than my phone *ugly cries* so this has been putting a snag at all of my scheduling and I’m trying so hard not to be derailed.
Second, my new job can be super demanding, so sometimes instead of a nice balance between that and my blog child I end up with this topsy turvy mess. Lastly, IT’S THE COUNTDOWN TIL CHRISTMAS!! For goodness sake it’s super busy and as I’m new, this is my first time partaking in such a festive blogging tradition. It’s a whirlwind and it’s such a beautiful mess right now! Thankfully, I decided to go in on my first year with #12DaysofBlogmas. That’s basically the awesome blogger version of #12DaysofChristmas.
It’s been a mad rush and I fight hard to make sure I conjure up cool posts for you!I try to manage my time to the best of my ability cause this blog means more to me than you guys know and I really want to make sure I keep at it. So far a lot of eventful things have happened like being nominated for 3 blogger awards by some lovely babes in the Blogging Community. The first is the Liebster Blogger Award and the wonderful Ally+Kat can be thanked for that. Next, is the Mystery Blogger Award where the amazing Lily gave me my nomination (thanks babe will hop of that soon enough). My third one, the Versatile Blogger Award was given to me by Alissa who I think is an absolute darling (will also be getting to that soon).
Moving along smartly, the next big segment for this feature is my Christmas Card Swap! Whoop Whoop! I heard this term buzzing around on my twitter and showed interest and boy am I glad I did. It’s the closest thing I’ve had to a pen pal and it really got my creative juices flowing. I thought it was incredibly nifty to draw and create designs so I can have them personally delivered to some new friends I’ve made. At first I’ve been having anxiety that my little crafty cards wouldn’t make it but they have been slowly arriving to their rightful owners (who btw I’ll list below cause their blogs are simply fantastic and deserve some love too!).
