Konkan MHADA Lottery 2018 Online Application Form has been finally started accepted by Maharashtra Housing Area Development Authority. From 18th July onwards MHADA Konkan Board Lottery 2018 online registrations/ form filling has been started for flats at multiple locations. A total of 9018 flats/ residential units has been offered under Konkan Board new MHADA Housing Lottery 2018 at Thane, Kalyan, Ambernath, Ratnagiri & Sindhudurg.
Income & Eligibility Criteria
If you are wishing to apply online for MHADA Konkan Board Lottery 2018 flats at multiple locations then you must fit the criteria below.
- Economically Weaker Section (EWS) – Monthly income
- Lower Income Group (LIG) – Monthly income between Rs. 25,001/- to Rs. 50,000/-.
- Middle Income Group (MIG) – Monthly income between Rs. 50,001/- to Rs. 75,000/
- Higher Income Group (HIG) – Monthly income Rs. 75,001/- and above.

MHADA Konkan Lottery 2018 Online Application Form – Steps
If you are interested for applying online for new housing scheme from MHADA for flats at various locations then follow procedure below.
- Click link or open lottery.mhada.gov.in in your browser.
- Here Click at “GO” Button in Konkan Board Lottery 2018
- Now you will be at “Konkan Board Housing Lottery 2018” Page here click at “Register” button. Show in screenshot below.
- Online registration page will get open at your screen asking for User Name For Login, Password, First Name, Father’s/Husband’s/Middle Name, Surname/Last Name, Date of Birth (dd-mm-yyyy) and Mobile Number. The page will look as image shown below.
- After filling all details click at “Submit” button of blue color.
- New page will get open as shown below asking for Aadhaar card, PAN number, Address, Bank Details(for refund). Also upload recent photograph and cheque.
- Verify the captcha given below and click at submit button.
- Now MHADA Lottery 2018 Application Form for Konkan Board will get open at your screen select your preferred lottery.
- In the Final step you have to pay online application fees for lottery program by clicking Pay Button. Use Netbanking, Debit Card, Credit Card to pay.
