Fried potato Balls

Ingredients

Potato
Butter
Salt
Egg
Bread crumb

Procedure

>Boil your potatoes for about 30 minutes, when they are cooked drain them and let them cool.
>Put them in a bowl, peeled and chop add butter, salt and black pepper, crush and mix together, after that add two eggs and mix again.
>Cover and let cool for atleast 2 hours in the refrigerator.
>After the 2 hours, take a spoon of Dough, give Ball shape and cover with flour, then dip in a beaten egg and bread crumbs, finish shaping and leave on a tray. do this for the remaining dough and fry.
