The Basic of The System is it is three story system , the bottom levels is fully closed to the outdoor, and it mainly used for Fish farming.
According to the plans, the top level of the farm would be covered in solar panels and skylights, to allow sunlight to be harvested for electricity, and also to filter through to the plants below.

The second level would contain the hydroponic vegetables and crops. The waste products from these crops would be used to feed the fish in the level below, and the waste from these fish would then be used to fertilise the crops, creating a self-sustaining system.
The 2nd store is used for Agriculture and instead of using fertile land we using Nutrient- Laden Water to nourish plants.
Its required no prestisids and no fertile land.
We used treated water Reserves produced by the on- board desalination plant Effectively. We monitor re used of H2O prevents eutrophication- excessive plant growth by over abundant access to nutrients .
By this method we can produce hydroponics vegetable and corps through out the year in huge amount with using very limited place.
