Why we should all consider nature as our home ?

Lord Byron once said in a Famous Quote of his"There is pleasure in the pathless woods, there is rapture in the lonely shore, there is society where none intrudes, by the deep sea, and music in its roar; I love not Man the less, but Nature more".

Firstly, Nature has a calming and relaxing feel to it

I am sure many of you will agree with me on this. Being surrounded by nature can certainly have a calming influence on our minds. Many of us find it relaxing to listen to the sweet chirping of birds in the morning or to simply watch the sunset by the lake in the evening. Life and nature is all about finding joy and happiness with the things around us. We don't always need material desires to be happy in life, sometimes nature has the best things to offer.

Secondly, Nature is inspiring in many ways

We always look towards nature for inspiration in times of despair and when nothing in our life seems to be going our way.  I remember a wonderful quote about nature by Charles Cook, who said "Your deepest roots are in nature.  No matter who you are, where you live, or what kind of life you lead, you remain irrevocably linked with the rest of creation ".  Sometimes nature makes you reconnect with your life and makes you fall in love with the little things that life has to offer. What could be more inspiring than watching a eagle soar so high in the sky signifying that there is nothing in this world that we cannot achieve and only sky is the limit.

Thirdly, nature can offer so many valuable life lessons.

As said by Alfred Billings Street in a famous quote of his:

“Nature is man's teacher.
She unfolds her treasure to his search,
unseals his eye, illumes his mind,
and purifies his heart;
an influence breathes from all the sights and sounds
of her existence".

Nature teaches us to value life and to not be so judgmental about it. After all life is what you make of it. There is wisdom in the way the leaves in nature grow old and new leaves take form. There is wisdom in the onset of a cold and chilly winter when everything in nature retreats back in wait for the summer.
