So I guess you can say 2018 , really starts today.
 Or at least for me . I have been so tired lately.  Like when I have do my homework assignments  once my head kisses the pillow I'm out like a light. (Maybe I shouldn't be in the bed in the first place, but the bed was lonely). I have no excuse on my why I haven't been productive and obtaining my goals for this year. ( hypocrite I know)
That are 24 hours in a day , seven days a week. Enough time to start a change. 

I want to start a new advice series on things I deal with on a day to day basis. So maybe it can help you guys change with me
