What’s inside?

Pregnancy Box

Mom & Baby box – Beauty, bath & body, snack/baby food, baby care, baby gear or play items.

Mom Box – Beauty, bath & body, snack, health & wellness, and home related items.

We opted for the Mom & Baby Box as my little one is just a little over 16 months, so I thought it would be fun to try out a box for both of us!

Let’s see what we got in our May box!

The packaging is sleek and cute and every item comes neatly packaged. As evident, it was chock full of fun products. I’d have to say, never judge a box by its size.

You don’t get an information card, but a general introduction is included. And you can always visit the website to get more details on the brands or products that are included in the box.

Yum Earth Organic Sour Twists

Being a mommy of 2 little ones, I have definitely tried a bunch of snacks from Yum Earth brand, but we had not tried these sour twists as of yet. And OMG these were absolutely delicious! Both my kiddos loved them. I love this brand and feel better about spending on something that has ingredients that I can recognize!

Babo Botanicals Super Shield SPF 30 Natural Sport Stick Fragrance Free – Retails for $9.00

Babo Botanicals stick sunscreen will come in super handy for on the go during our summer travels! I am hoping it will be much easier to apply on fidgety kids as well. What I like about this is that it is great for face, lips, nose and ears! The brand also claims to be sweat-proof which we will get to test out pretty soon.

You do get quite a bit and that’s not even fully out yet. Hoping we get a good amount of use from this.

Visha Skincare Bump 2 Baby 5 in 1 – sample size (net weight 0.5 oz)

I love how this is such a multi-purpose cream that is safe for during pregnancy, after, as well as for babies and kids. It does have a fragrance to it, which actually smells pretty nice. Almost calming.

Now I don’t need it for stretch marks, but I have super dry skin, so my skin is definitely going to soak this thing up!

The Bottle Strap by Ah Goo Baby – $9.20

Looks like a nifty baby accessory! However, both my babies never took the bottle so we really haven’t used any bottle straps or such. This can be strapped to the stroller, carseat or high chair. It can also be strapped to sippy cups or toys, which is great. However, I am not sure how strong the velcro attachment would be in that case. Either way, a mom can never have enough baby “gadgets” around the house.

I do like that it can be easily thrown in the laundry for a quick wash.

Z Skin Daytime Eye Cream – $21.00

The Z daytime eye cream claims to reduce puffiness, dark circles and bags while fighting signs of aging. I like that it is organic and you do get the full size!

I have seen plenty of eye creams for night usage, but it would definitely be interesting to try one for daytime use. The consistency seemed a bit thick but it did blend in right away.

Babee Talk Eco-Buds Take-Along Pals – $13.99

We also got a super adorable take along toy monkey which is made using 100% organic cotton. My little one is getting past the age of needing hanging toys, but I am sure this will be perfect as a stuffed animal in her collection. It is super plush and non-toxic too.

We also received a small sample of Basil seeds by Seeds Now along with a coupon.

Verdict

We loved the May Ecocentric Mom & Baby box! The total value comes around $53 which is way above the box’s monthly cost. If as a mommy, you want to get into eco-friendly items, and don’t know where to start, then Ecocentric Mom boxes would be the perfect place to check out. The selection was evenly divided between baby and mom products and I can’t wait to see what we get next month!
