Most Searched Smartphones In 2022 [Top Smartphones]

Due to inflation in the year 2022, Pakistanis’ interest in slightly more expensive smartphones led by Apple and Samsung has decreased.

Due to inflation and rising unemployment, Pakistanis searched for information related to the Smartphones of the Chinese mobile company ‘Vivo’ on Google this year.

Google Trends shows that Pakistanis searched for different brands of smartphones in 2022, including Samsung, Apple, Infinix, Oppo, and Vivo among others, but this year compared to the past, Samsung and Apple. Very little information was found.

Surprisingly, despite the inflation, people in Pakistan also searched for information about Apple’s iPhone 14 Pro Max, which was introduced this year.

iPhone 14 Pro Max is Apple’s most expensive smartphone, with a Pakistani price of more than 4 lakh rupees, but still, Pakistanis searched for information about the said mobile.

Oppo A16

The smartphone is powered by MediaTek’s Helio P22 processor.

As mentioned above, the highlight of the phone is its large battery which is 4230 mAh.

The A16e runs the Android 11 operating system.

Similarly, a 6.52-inch LCD display is part of the phone, with a 5-Megapixel Camera hidden in the waterdrop notch.

Samsung Galaxy A32

The new Galaxy A32 is powered by a MediaTek Helio G80 processor, while the 5G version has a Damacy 720 processor.

The display in the 4G version of the phone is also new which consists of a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED screen with Full HD resolution support.

The notch design in the screen houses a 20-megapixel selfie camera while the fingerprint sensor is mounted inside the display.

A Gorilla Glass 5 sheet has been used to protect the screen.

Inside the phone is 4GB of RAM and 64 to 128GB of storage.

Similarly, a 5000 mAh battery with 15W fast charging support has been given while the Android 11 operating system has been combined with One UI 3.1.

There is a 4-camera setup on the back of the phone with the main camera being 64-megapixel, surprisingly the 5G version has a 48-megapixel main camera.

Apart from this, 8-megapixel ultra-wide, 5-megapixel depth, and 5-megapixel macro cameras are also part of the phone.

This smartphone has been put up for sale in Russia for the first time, with the 64GB storage model priced at $268 (over PKR 42,000) while the 128GB model is priced at $295 (over PKR 46,000).

Infinix Hot 12

Inside the smartphone, there are 2 to 3 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage which can be expanded further with an SD card.

The company didn’t reveal much about the camera setup but it definitely said that the main camera is 13 megapixels.

Along with this, 2-megapixel macro and 2-megapixel portrait cameras will likely be part of the device.
