Advocate General of Bihar Government had charged

Earlier, Advocate General of Bihar Government Lalit Kishore had said that the Mumbai Police was not getting any help from the Mumbai Police. He had said, ‘When the police of one state goes to investigate in another state, then the concerned state government and their officials give full support to them. Unfortunately, he (Mumbai Police) is not cooperating in this case.

Postmortem report, case diary and seizure list were also not submitted

Some officers of the police department, on the condition of anonymity, told that four police officers from Bihar have come to Mumbai. They went to places like Kotak Mahindra and HDFC Bank on their own and tried to investigate the accounts. Mumbai is the new city for the four officials.

The way to reach Bandra Police Station from where they have been held was not given. Two days before, he was kept traveling from DCP office Bandra to Andheri. Three days later, neither did they receive Sushant’s postmortem report nor the case diary. The list of seizure and mobile data has also not been made available to them.

Police also accused of helping Riya

Earlier, Vikas Singh, a lawyer for Sushant’s father KK Singh, accused the Mumbai police of helping Riya Chakraborty. He had said in a statement, ‘Joe Riya was seeking a CBI inquiry till a few days ago, when an FIR was filed against him in Patna, he has reached the Supreme Court to stop the investigation. It tells that Mumbai Police is helping Riya. ‘

‘We want the Bihar Police to investigate the matter. If Riya has moved the Supreme Court, she should have applied for a probe by the CBI.

Sushant’s father has filed a case

On July 25, Sushant’s father KK Singh lodged an FIR at Patna’s Rajiv Nagar police station, which was revealed three days later, on July 28. In this, he has made serious allegations against Riya Chakraborty, her father Indrajit Chakraborty, mother Sandhya Chakraborty, brother Shovik Chakraborty and two managers Soumil Chakraborty and Shruti Modi. The FIR mainly mentions six sections 341, 342, 380, 406, 420 and 306 of IPC.

According to Sushant’s father, his son feared that Riya might implicate him in the suicide case of his manager Disha Salian (Sushant’s former manager who committed suicide). Because after Risha’s death, Riya blocked his number. Sushant alleges that Riya withdrew Rs 15 crore from Sushant’s account in a year. Singh has also accused Riya and his family of taking Sushant hostage.
