Now Vikas Singh, lawyer for Sushant’s father, has made serious allegations against Riya. According to Vikas, Mumbai Police is helping Riya. Singh said- Riya, who was seeking a CBI inquiry till a few days ago, has now reached the Supreme Court to stop the investigation. It states that Mumbai Police is helping Riya.

Talking to the news agency, Vikas said, “If they (Riya) have moved the Supreme Court, they should have applied for a CBI inquiry. An FIR has been registered in Patna. Now they have investigated the Supreme Court Demand to stay and shift the case from Patna to Mumbai. What more evidence is needed that the Mumbai Police is helping them. “

Fear of arrest

After a case was filed against him in Patna, Riya filed a petition in the Supreme Court through advocate Satish Manshinde. In this, he has demanded to transfer the case registered in Patna to Mumbai. According to the reports, Riya had to take this step because the Patna Police is looking for them. They are afraid of arrest. According to the information – on Wednesday, Patna police reached Riya’s house for questioning. However, Riya and her family could not be found here.

Sushant’s father has filed a case

On July 25, Sushant’s father KK Singh lodged an FIR at Patna’s Rajiv Nagar police station, which was revealed three days later, on July 28. In this, he has made serious allegations against Riya Chakraborty, her father Indrajit Chakraborty, mother Sandhya Chakraborty, brother Shovik Chakraborty and two managers Soumil Chakraborty and Shruti Modi. The FIR mainly mentions six sections 341, 342, 380, 406, 420 and 306 of IPC.

According to Sushant’s father, his son feared that Riya might implicate him in the suicide case of his manager Disha Salian (Sushant’s former manager who committed suicide). Because after Risha’s death, Riya blocked his number. Sushant alleges that Riya withdrew Rs 15 crore from Sushant’s account in a year. Singh has also accused Riya and his family of taking Sushant hostage.
