His alleged girlfriend Riya Chakraborty has reached the Supreme Court after a case was registered against him in the Sushant Singh Rajput suicide case. The actress, through her lawyer Satish Maneshinde, has sought a petition to transfer the case registered in Patna to Mumbai. Riya had to take this step because the Patna Police is looking for her in the case and she is under threat of arrest.

Earlier, Sushant’s father Krishna Kishore Singh filed a case against Sushant’s alleged girlfriend Riya Chakraborty, his father Indrajit Chakraborty, mother Sandhya Chakraborty, brother Shovik Chakraborty and two managers Soumil Chakraborty and Shruti Modi at the Rajiv Nagar police station in Patna. The police have also imposed non-bailable sections against Riya.

Riya disappeared due to fear of arrest

After the case is registered, Riya and her family are hanging sword of arrest. It is also coming to light that on Wednesday, when the Patna Police reached Riya at his address for questioning. But he was informed that he and his family are not here.

After this, Bihar Police reached the office of Mumbai Crime Branch. Here, the details related to the suicide of Sushant’s former manager Disha Salian, his post-mortem report and forensic viscera report have also been taken from Mumbai Police. It is also being said that Bihar Police will also interrogate Sushant’s CA in this case.

Patna Police will go to the flat after Sushant with her sister

The team of Patna Police, who reached Mumbai to investigate the case of Sushant’s death, will also visit the flat in Bandra in which the actor lived. During this, his sister Mitu and his friend Mahesh will also be present. Mahesh is the same person with whom Sushant was going to start organic farming in Coorg.

In the case registered on the complaint of Sushant’s father, the Rajiv Nagar police of Patna have accused 6 people including Riya under sections 341, 342, 280, 420, 406, 420 and 306. With this, a team of 4 policemen from Patna has reached Mumbai. This has been confirmed by Upendra Sharma, SSP of Patna. LJP leader Chirag Paswan has also demanded a CBI inquiry into the case.
