There is a ray of hope for medical students stranded in Kyrgyzstan to return to India. Sonu Sood is trying to bring them back to India. This was revealed through the tweet of a student named Saddam Khan.
Saddam wrote, “We appreciate the efforts of Sonu Sood, Kunal Sarangi (former MLA Bahragowda) and social worker Rekha Mishra who have come forward to help Indian students pursuing medical degrees at the Asian Medical Institute (Kyrgyzstan).”
Kyrgyzstan has also been affected by the corona epidemic like other countries. The process of evacuating us has already started and Sonu Sood has assured that we will not be charged even one rupee for the flight arranged for return to India.
Sonu also tweeted: Giving information on his Twitter account, Sonu wrote, “The time has come for the students trapped in Kyrgyzstan to return home.” We are going to run the first charter between Bishkek-Varanasi on 22 July. Details will reach students’ email IDs and mobile phones in a short time. Charters will fly to other states next week.

Help was sought from the Ministry of External Affairs: Earlier, Kunal Sarangi had apprised the Ministry of External Affairs and Chief Minister of Jharkhand Hemant Soren about 3000 students (including 20 students from Bihar and Jharkhand) being trapped in Kyrgyzstan in a tweet. In his tweet on 14 July, he shared a touching video of students trapped in Kyrgyzstan.
Kunal said about this, without Sonu Sood’s help, it would not be possible to bring these students back to India. The first flight will bring 20 students from Jharkhand and Bihar from Kyrgyzstan to India. My tweet was retweeted by Sonu Sood.
After this, he called a student’s mobile number given in my tweet and wrote on Twitter on July 15, please email me the details of the students so that arrangements can be made to remove them from there.
