The End Of Call Notification service (EOCN) gives subscribers the opportunity to get a message upon the completion of a call, Sending text messages and others etc. MTN has changed its command format for the End Of Call Notification service (EOCN) by removing the space between the key words.
Before now, what we had before was:
Opt-In: EOCN ON to 131.
Opt-Out: EOCN OFF to 131
And what is now applicable is:
Opt-In: EOCNONto 131.
Opt-Out: EOCNOFF to 131
