you may have heard of heard it before and thought that isnt for me and gave it a miss, but a journal can be whatever you want it to be. you can write your feelings down, you can make it a weekly planner or you can make it whatever you want to be. a place to stick pretty or aesthetic things down, anything that inspires you, distractions for when you need them or a living book of your life. photos from your adventures, meaningful things to you. make it personal it dosent necessarily need to be a direct copy of whatever is on pintrest. make it for you.
4. make your own bath bomb
Ingredients: 2 cups bicarbonate of soda (baking soda),1 cup cream of tartar,1 teaspoon of food colouring (any colour you like),2 teaspoons of food flavouring (any flavour you like, e.g. almond oh and Ice cube trays or cookie trays for the moulds
Directions: Mix the cream of tartar and bicarbonate of soda in bowl with your fingers. Add the food colouring and food flavouring to the bowl and mix using your hands. Put a little water onto the mixture and keep mixing it together. Spoon the mixture into an ice cube tray and press down with your fingers. Leave to dry somewhere warm and dry overnight. Gently tap them out of the mould.
5. breathing
Probably most the uncreative of the lot but also still important, acknowledge your still breathing and let time past.
Even the worst days are only 24 hours long.
