This style is very 20th century which is a very popular style.This style Adds charm to a room which doesn’t use hardly any space. Less clutter is on show and adds more beauty to the objects which are shown. More attention is added towards piece of Furniture or art that is one show. 

 Colours which are used in these desogmns are simple and neutral colours with no busy patterns. There should be an Accent Colour in the design which is carried throughout the design. However you could also have two accent colour in the design which can highlight and make the furniture or accessories stand out in the design. The less furniture which is in then room the better the room design will achieve a minimalistic styled room by having less furniture in the room. The furniture which should be used in the design should be furniture which adds comfort and is a thing which you need in order to live such as a sofa, chair, bed, oven,sink and fridge freezer. Surfaces on furniture such as the top of cupboards or kithven surfaces should be kept clean and tidy and free of any clutter. Some piece of furniture or materials should be kept simple and plain with a solid and subdued colour. 

The flooring in the room is normally anything whether of has been stripped back to baiscs such as raw concrete or wooden. The flpprong can also be laminated wood, stone, panelled or hardwood. The flooring should be a focual point in the room, there should only be one rug placed down which adds a accent colour. Walls should only have one or two piece placed on the wall to add a statement piece in the room. So, all your clutter should be storaged in cabinets or cupboards and storages out of site.
