2018 GMC Terrain – Refreshed Design

All base models (including the Denali) feature a 2.4-liter four-cylinder unit with an output of 182 horsepower at 6,700 rpm and 172 pound-feet of torque at 4,900 rpm. Another possible motor is a 3.6-liter V6 that spits out 301 horsepower at 6,500 rpm and 272 pound-feet of torque at 4,800 rpm. The supposed engine will be featured under the hood of the SLE-2, SLT and Denali trims. Both engines get a six-speed automatic gearbox, and they can also come with AWD.
Price and Date of Arrival of the 2018 GMC Terrain
The updated GMC Terrain carries a starting sticker of $25,000 inclusive of destination charges. The SLE-1 trim sells at $28,000 while mid-level SLE-2 and leather-clad SLT versions are valued at $29,700 and $32,000 respectively.
The better-toned model that is Terrain Denali sells at $35,200, with All-Wheel Drive option adding around $1,750 on every iteration. Based on the unconfirmed report, the refreshed GMC Terrain goes on sale early next year.
