The one thing I have learned in my first 29 years of life is that Experimentation is the key to the greatest you.
I have previously held myself back due to feelings of guilt as a result of me not believing that I deserved anything good or positive in my life. And due to a series of life changing events I have been forced to get myself back out there personally and professionally to create a new lifestyle for myself.
Whether it is sexually, professionally, fashion or exercise regime; I believe in the positive effects of change in every part of my life. And this includes Hair; with my natural hair I try to experiment with different protective styles and different routines i.e. washing once a week and using a brand new pre-wash oil that I have created 😊.
We will all go through a process of just trying to work out what works best for our natural hair and scalp, because like with everything else, we are all different and what might work for one, may not work for another.

With my wigs I have been using a selection of oils that I formulated to condition the hair; the one I am currently using is my FoxyF Red Berry and it smells divine! And my wig, that I have had for a while now and was starting to feel dry- is now reinvigorated!
It feels good to experiment with different versions of you, in every way. How will you genuinely know what you do and don't like if you have never tried as much as possible? You'll be surprised what you find you are capable of and what you truly love.
