Lil Scrappy’s ex-wife Bambi has accused him of violating their divorce settlement.
According to Bambi, Scrappy allowed his “significant other” to post photos of their children online, despite a clause in their divorce agreement expressly prohibiting such actions.
The clause in question stipulates that “intimate partners are restricted from posting any content including the minor children on any social media platforms.”
However, Bambi claims that Scrappy’s recent rekindled romance with his ex, Erica Dixon, has led to this breach of their agreement.
In her legal filing, Bambi didn’t hold back, asserting, “Since the Final Judgment and Decree was entered, Respondent has allowed a significant to post the minor children on her social media page.”
But that’s just the tip of the iceberg. Bambi isn’t stopping with accusations of social media violations. She also claims that Scrappy has been lax in adhering to their custody agreement, citing instances where he allegedly failed to take their child to school on time. This has prompted Bambi to push for changes in the parenting schedule to better suit the needs of their children.
In addition, Bambi is seeking an increase in child support, citing changes in circumstances such as their children’s upcoming enrollment in private school. Currently, Scrappy pays $4,800 per month in child support, but Bambi believes this amount should be adjusted to reflect their evolving situation.
The legal tango between Lil Scrappy and Bambi has been ongoing since their divorce proceedings began in November 2022. In June 2023, the exes agreed to share joint legal custody of their three children together: Xylo, Breland, and Cali. Bambi initially requested primary custody of the kids with Scrappy having visitation rights, alongside child and spousal support.
Scrappy, however, has been pushing back against Bambi’s requests. While he agreed to joint legal custody and visitation rights, Scrappy has contested Bambi’s proposal for primary custody and increased support.
