Joie Chavis celebrated her birthday with a mother-daughter dance session. Shai Moss, Joie’s daughter with Bow Wow, shared the clip with her fans along with a beautiful birthday message to her mom.

“Happy birthday to my best friend,” Shai shared online. “I love you,” the youngster wrote to her mom. “Thank you for putting me in this world. I am so grateful for you,” Moss continued. “You deserve the world. I Love You, Mommy.”

Shai is Joie’s oldest child. The celebrity mom also has a son named Hendrix with rapper Future. Some have accused Chavis of having children solely for the sake of a paycheck. The celebrity mom, however, refuted such an allegation during one of her YouTube sessions.

“I always have worked since I was 15 years old,” Joie told her supporters. “I don’t know what it’s like to just not do anything,” she added. “So, I think that’s the biggest misconception, and it doesn’t bother me at all. The people that know me know, obviously, I’m so much more than that. I show that with my actions. I don’t have to scream it out. I show that with my actions and how hard I work.”

Chavis went on to celebrate what she loved most about being a mom. “The best thing about having kids is I would say is you really get to look at what you saw growing up and what you experienced and then things that you’ve done in your life and you can really make a change in your children so that they don’t repeat the same cycle or see the same things,” the celebrity mom revealed.

“It’s taking all of the things I’m not proud of or the things that I’ve done and making sure my children are aware and know not to do those things or make certain mistakes.”
