Kim Kardashian is in full celebration mode as her daughter, Chicago West, commemorates her third birthday. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians (KUWTK) star took to Instagram along with her mom, Kris Jenner, to give her daughter well wishes on her special day.

“My Chi Chi princess, today you are three,” Kim wrote online on Friday (Jan. 15). “You have the sweetest little high voice that I could listen to all day,” the celebrity mom exclaimed. “You bring so much magic into all of our lives. My heart is so full that you chose me to be your mommy. I can’t wait to celebrate you with slime and L.O.L. Dolls today! Happy Birthday Chicago.”
Kris Jenner also wrote a sweet birthday note to Chicago. “Happy birthday to my precious little angel Chicago,” the celebrity grandmother shared. “You are the best daughter, the best granddaughter, the best sister, the best cousin and I’m so proud of you,” Jenner wrote to her granddaughter. “You are such a bright light and I am beyond thankful to God that He chose me to be your Grandmother!!! I cherish every memory we make. I love you so very much.”

Chicago West was born on January 15, 2018. The youngster was the first of Kim and Kanye West’s children to arrive by way of a surrogate as Kim was unable to physically give birth to children after welcoming their son, Saint West in 2015. Kim revealed that she used a “surrogate therapist” with Chicago during an interview last year.
“You get your surrogate attorney, you get your surrogate broker and then the broker recommended that we use a therapist that would communicate with me first and then communicate with her and kind of be our liaison,” Kim shared during a segment of Laura Wasser’s podcast, ‘All’s Fair.’

“Toward the end, we got close enough where we could communicate really without that,” Kardashian shared. “[The therapist] would suggest, ‘Hey, I think you guys should communicate once a week through text, maybe on Mother’s Day. She’s a mother as well. Maybe get her a massage or something that’s appropriate for her to pamper.'”
