So... I had this image in my head, about the best valentines day for my fiancé.

I got alot of romantic and cool ideas from the web, but mother nature had other plans for me that day. The date was suppose to be an outdoor tent date with comfy pillows and blankets with a laptop.

We got takeways at our favorite restaurant and some junk food, I had everything set up.

The following things went wrong yesterday;

1) I wanted it to be a surprise for my fiancé but... We haven't used our tents for a while. It was packed away in the garage cabinets. When I wanted to open it and take out the bag where the tent was in, it was covered in thousands of spiders, some that were dead and others that were still kicking it and alive. I swear that there were different kinds of species and I was not planning on dying that day from any type of spider bite.

Asking my brother was not going to happen... He was too busy doing work for my mother and when I even try to talk to him... He got a little annoyed with me.

So... I asked my fiancé if he would help me.

2) I realized that I don't even know how to put up a tent !!! My fiancé did it all by himself and i just stood there and watched.

3) The other problem I had was to cary a metal tabel to the place i wanted us to eat, so he help me once again. Horrible I know...

Okay after everything was set up. I placed the table cloth's and beautiful flowers in the middle of the table. I also did my flour hearts on the grass that came out kind of perfect.

Then the gardening service came along and made everything alot more difficult for me.

We had to carry everything to another spot for them to cut the lawn!!

So i had to do my heart flour hearts al over again!

A little bit later we got everything ready again.

Then we ordered our food and we went to fetch it and went to go buy our snacks for the movies

On the way to the restaurant... It started pouring rain!!! NOOO i was so upset about it

And

Just before we reached the restaurant my fiancé said that the tank of the car was almost empty and we needed to fill it up. The problem was that we only had enough money for the food and snacks, so i called my mom and she transferred the money to my card to pay for the feul.

I just finished with highschool last year and I am starting university this year and don't have any job whatsoever.

When we filled the tank we tried to pay but the payment didn't wanted to go through, we tried more than five times and the machine just said disconnected the whole time. The worker was getting irritated towards me and gave the blame to my card and not his machine.

Before we went to the garage to fill the tank, we picked up our food. So meanwhile the food was getting cold. I almost lost my temper but i kept myself in check. I took my phone and logged into my savings account and saw that the money was indeed in my account and i zoomed in on the amount and showed the worker telling him that it has to be his machine.

I had the money and the pin was corrected. It was the same pin I used to log into my account. He started getting angry and yelled at me that it has to be my card. So now we had to go draw some money, one of us had to give our phone's to them so that they know that we will come back with the money

I insisted on staying but my fiancé didn't want that at all and said no!!!



I went and draw the money with no problem and gave it to my fiancé. While he was on his way back to go pay the worker. I went into the stores to buy our snacks.

I met up with my fiancé and we went home. When we got back it was still pouring outside and we ran and tooked out everything in the tent. My pillows and blanket only got a little bit wet.

I was borrowing my brothers tent and he threw a fit and told us that we need to pack the tent away immediately.

I asked him why he didnt go and look if everything inside was still okay and his reply was that he didn't wanted to

I yelled at him and said that our food is cold and we just want to eat first and then we will put the tent away. He got angry and was not happy with my answer but my fiancé packed it away anyway.

We went into my room with all the food and decided to watch movies using the wifi.

But because of the weather, my mother plugged out everything. She is always afraid that something would be strucked by the lightning because it happened to us in the past.

So we ate our food and talked, and then the wifi was put back on and we had our movie night that was so fun.

I know things didn't turned out the way i wanted it to and how i planned everything. I wanted to make his valentines special, one that he would remember. For me it was perfect ... And i am not just saying it to be corny.

But i realized that i had the chance to spend our third valentine together, with the man I love. I had the man i loved with me and we enjoyed our day.
