Ingredients:
- Pani (Water) ¼ Cup or as required
- Tukhmalanga (Basil seeds) 3-4 tbs
- Gur (Jaggery) crushed 250 gms
- Pani (Water) 1 litre
- Tukhmalanga (Basil seeds) soaked 4 tbs
- Lemon juice 3-4 tbs
- Ice cubes
Directions:
In jug,add jaggery and water,mix well and let it sit until jaggery dissolved.
Add soaked basil seeds,lemon juice and mix well.
In serving glass,add ice cubes and gur ka sharbat & serve.
