This Butternut Squash Pasta Bake Is Perfect For Fall Dinner

This butternut squash pasta bake can be served to about 6 to 8 people comfortably.

Ingredients for Stuffing-                                

1 tablespoon of olive oil
2 cups of butternut squash that is perfectly diced
1 teaspoon of salt
3 garlic cloves which are minced perfectly
1 pound of fresh ground turkey
2 teaspoons of Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon of red chili pepper flakes
1 teaspoon of black pepper
2 cups of fresh green spinach
1 teaspoon of iodized salt
15 ounce of fresh and creamy ricotta cheese
1 boiled egg
¼ cup of fresh parmesan cheese
Salt according to your taste
Pepper according to your taste

Ingredients for Sauce-

2 tablespoons of creamy butter
2 tablespoons of flour
1 cup of boiled milk
a pinch of salt
a pinch of pepper

PREPARATION

1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan.
2. Then add the butternut squash and salt to the pan and sauté it for a few minutes. Add some of the garlic paste, turkey, fresh Italian seasoning, some pepper flakes, and black pepper, then stir it until the meat gets fully cooked.
3. Add some green spinach and a pinch of salt to it until the spinach is wilted.
4. Now in a large bowl, add some fresh ricotta cheese, boiled egg, natural creamy cheese, and a pinch of salt and some pepper then mix it well.
5. Now add all the cooked squash mixture into the bowl and then mix it until it gets evenly blended.
6. Then cook a big box of large shell pasta al dente and set it aside in a bowl entirely covered in olive oil to prevent the sticking.
7. Heat the butter in a medium hot pan. Once it gets melted, add in some flour.
8. Then cook the fresh flour apart until it turns in light brown color.
9. Add milk to the hot pan and then stir it continuously until the sauce gets extremely thick.
10. Now again add a pinch of salt and black pepper.
11. In a big casserole dish, sheet all of the sauce on the bottom of it.
12. Stuff each of the jumbo shell pasta with all the stuffing and place it on the top of the sauce.
13. Then bake it at 400°F or 200°C covered it for about 30 minutes.
14. Now sprinkle all the parmesan cheese and bake it again for about 5 minutes until the cheese gets melts.
15. Garnish it with parsley and enjoy your Butternut squash pasta with everyone!
