Available for commercial customers for $5 per month with Visio Online Plan 1 and Visio Online Plan 2 for $13.00 per month, and for most Office 365 customers for free. Plan 1 including 2 GB of OneDrive storage. Plan 2, meanwhile is best for users who need to create professional business and IT diagrams.

Visio Online capabilities.

• Power BI: Today, Power BI includes a new visual – Visio diagrams – which can be linked to live data and embedded with a Power Bi dashboard.
• Data Visualizer: You can now convert process map data from Excel into data-driven diagrams in Visio, allowing for more creative solutions to complex problems.
• Visio Viewer for iOS: View and interact with Visio diagrams on both iPad and iPhone – share diagrams through OneDrive or SharePoint and access them on your favorite iOS device.
• PowerPoint Slide Snippets: Select specific diagram parts, give them a title, and export them as slides in PowerPoint to create an entire presentation that breaks down complex diagrams into individual pieces for easier comprehension.
