A subpoena has issued against pop sensation Lady Gaga by Dr. Luke’s lawyer after she repeatedly refused to testify in a much talked legal dispute between Dr. Luke and Kesha’s relationship. She will have to testify in court and reveal what she knows about the relationship between Dr. Luke and his protégé, Kesha.

Since 2014, Kesha and Dr. Luke are involved in a legal battle. Kesha accused Dr. Luke of being physically and sexually abusive. A subpoena was issued to Lady Gaga after she refused to set a date to testify despite several requests, said Dr. Luke’s lawyer. He stated that,
“Dr. Luke’s counsel served a subpoena on Lady Gaga because she has relevant information regarding, among other things, false statements about Dr. Luke made to her by Kesha.”
As per the evidence, the text messages exchanged between the Lady Gaga and Kesha were submitted last year, but the judge made the messages confidential. The legal advisor of Dr. Luke said that various other celebrities are likely to be called to know what they know about the relationship between Kesha and Dr. Luke. Up until now, Lady Gaga was supporting her friend Kesha in her legal battle with Dr. Luke.
