This Star Indian Cricketer Becomes Officer in Reserve Bank of India

Sometimes destiny plans something very big for you far away from your thinking. This is what happened with star Indian cricket player Umesh Yadav. 10 years ago Umesh Yadav’s father, Tilak Yadav wanted his son to get a government job. In order to fulfill his father’s dream, Umesh had prepared for an examination for post of constable in police department.

As they say, destiny always has plan B for you. He couldn’t clear the exam, unfortunately. A decade later, the 29 years old Umesh has been appointed as an assistant manager in Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Nagpur office.

An inside source told that,

“The talks were on before the Champions Trophy. He had met RBI officials before leaving for England in May. The officials gave a go ahead to his appointment in sports quota but due to national duties, he couldn’t complete formalities. He should have got a permanent job straight away but things didn’t work out. He always wanted to represent reputed organization. That was the reason he didn’t make any hurry. Now, he has got what he deserved. He couldn’t have asked for a better organization than RBI. Though he is financially secured – as most of the current generation cricketers are, thanks to IPL – it’s always good to have a permanent job.”

Congratulations Umesh Yadav for being appointed as deputy manager in the Reserve Bank of India.
