A mother who killed her 4 children and their father smiled and gave a thumbs-up to the journalists in the court during her first appearance. Isabel Martinez, 33 stabbed 5 members of the family to death and injured another child. She has appeared before Gwinnett County Magistrate Judge Michael Thorpe.

The crime was committed at her home in Loganville, Georgia. The injured child, a 9-year-old girl, is hospitalised with serious injuries.
Martinez is from Mexico and no one knows from how much time, she has been staying in the United States Of America.
Martinez, before the hearing began posed for the cameras, gave thumbs-up and did some silly things.
Children that were killed, identified as Axel Romero, Isabela Martinez, Dacota Romero and Dillan Romero. Their father was Martin Romero.

During the hearing, Isabel said that she doesn’t want an attorney but court advised her to hire a lawyer or allows them to appoint a one for her.
According to the Al.com, Gwinnett County police said in a statement: “What prompts a person to take the life of such innocent children and her spouse is something we may never understand. This is a horrendous crime not only for the victims but for the extended family, neighbourhood and community.”
