India’s leading multinational automotive manufacturing company Tata Motors announced the biggest discount ever for its consumers and it is all because of the GST rollout. Tata Motors cuts prices by more than 2 Lakhs Rupees after the implementation of GST in the country.

The company is giving discount up to 2.17 Lakh rupees which is a huge amount. Tata Motors has reduced prices between Rs. 3300 and Rs. 217,000 across its complete model range comprising the Tiago, Tigor, Hexa and Safari Storme. Whereas, the other leading company Renault India cut prices between rupees 5,200 to 1.04 Lakh. 

Mahindra & Mahindra also announced to reduce the prices up to 6.9%. The company also cut prices for its small commercial vehicles. Nou doubt GST has seen a major transition across all sectors, especially in the automotive space. The new taxation norm has brought about a major change slashing prices across most car and bike segments, while prices on a handful of offerings have increased in the process.
