Ever since the Shape of You singer, Ed Sheeran has quit his Twitter account he is in news. In an interview, he had given to a leading news website, he said, “I’ve actually come off Twitter completely. I can’t read it. I go on it and there’s nothing but people saying mean things. Twitter’s a platform for that. One comment ruins your day. But that’s why I’ve come off it. The head-f**k for me has been trying to work out why people dislike me so much.”

As we all know Lady Gaga’s supporters are called as “Little Monsters” they trolled Ed Sheeran and put arrogant comments on his Twitter account. This also led him to delete his social media account on Twitter. Taking Lady Gaga’s supporter in mind he said,

“Lady Gaga’s fanbase read an interview in which they assumed I was talking about her and they all f**king hate. And it wasn’t anything to do with that at all.”

However, his Twitter page is still active and he gives the charge of the page to his management team to write on his behalf on that. Ever since the news has made headlines, Lady Gaga appealed to her followers to show respect for Sheeran and other people. She posted on Instagram that,

“Ed Sheeran deserves all our love and respect like all humans do. I wish all people on the internet would be positive and loving and a part of creating an online community that is kind and empowering, not hateful and mean,” the pop star preached to her fans. “Work harder to be kinder everybody. That should be your first duty to humanity.”
