Holy Week 2023 – Greetings, wishes, quotes, and messages

Tags: holy lord love

Holy Week is the most important week for Christians! It is a time when we celebrate in a special way the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus. We remember his actions, reflect on his messages, and recommit to living as his disciples in the world today. Holy week is the final week of Lent, Holy Week begins with Palm Sunday of the Passion of the Lord and concludes with the Triduum.

“Triduum” comes from two Latin words – tres and dies – that means “a space of three days”. Easter Triduum begins at sundown on Holy Thursday, so the three days are Good Friday, Holy Saturday, and Easter Sunday. During the Triduum we celebrate the core mystery of our Christian faith: we ritualize Jesus’ transition from life to death to risen life and our own participation in that timeless mystery. Holy week begins with the waving of palms! and singing praises to the lord! Christians observe the Holy Week in penance, fasting, prayer, and sending good wishes to loved ones.

  • Praying that the Lord fills all your Heart with peace. Holds you in His Love and Blesses you with His grace… On this Holy Week and Always.

  • Lord Jesus Christ died for our mistakes and here is a day to commemorate his sacrifice. May the blessings of Jesus shine upon you this special day with his loving care.

  • God’s love has no limit, God’s grace has no measure, God’s power knows no boundaries, May u have God’s endless blessings.

  • Today we remember the moment when Jesus laid down his life for our sins we are redeemed by the sacrifice of our Lord & Saviour.

  • Life feels good when somebody’s THERE.
It feels better when somebody SHARES.
It feels best when somebody CARES.
God bless you always & have a blessed Holy Week

  • Today, as we commemorate the resurrection of Jesus Christ, let us be reminded of the fulfillment of the ultimate promise He has done to mankind, and the triumphant victory of good over evil He has fought. Indeed, He has Risen! Have a blessed Holy Week.

  • Very thankful for the many blessings the Lord has given meI adore you, Lord.

  • We are reminded that God so loved the world that He gave his only Son to save us from our sins through his death on the cross.

  • Let us spare this week for our GOD. Let us spend time for Reflection and Pray. Be thankful for all the blessings He bestowed upon us. May we all have a meaningful HOLY WEEK.

  • God did not promise days without pain; laughter without sorrow; sun without rain. But He did promise strength for the day, comfort for the tears; and light four our way.

  • Christ showed His endless love by giving His life to wash away our sins. May you have a wonderful holy week filled with love and peace.

  • So this is what I remind myself at Holy Week. Be present. Be aware. Be patient. Be attentive. Even to the pain of it all. Being open to that allows us to see the bright, brilliant, dazzling, impossible-to-comprehend truth.

  • The holy week is here, the time to go to God in prayers. Remember to cast all your fears to God and he will shine his light on you. Pray fervently to him today and he will be with you every step of the way. The grace of God will follow you everywhere you go.

  • Eternal God, rock, and refuge…, we wait for revival and release.
Abode with us until we come alive in the sunrise of your glory. Amen.

  • May your faith in God brings peace, hope, and love to your heart and everlasting joy to your soul… May the blessings of the Lord shine upon you this Holy Week and always.

  • Feel blessed that you have another chance to live make use of it and be a blessing just like what Jesus Christ is to all. Have a solemn and stress-free week.

  • Let us cherish our Lord throughout the holy week and make a habit of it last a lifetime. Have a blessed Holy Week

  • May Lord hear all your prayers and rewards with everything that you ask for. May he shower upon you the blessings of the heavens above.

  • The cross of Christ shows us that God’s love is of deepest descent universal distribution and of eternal duration.

  • They came to believe and to understand not only the events that occurred but also the Lord’s words. And we are recipients of that same faith and the Christian life that continues to be inspired by the mystery of the Resurrection. We know that Christ died and that He rose from the dead, never more to die.

  • “We pray that this most holy week for Christians will foster greater love and peace among Christians and with people of all faiths.
