Post one.  I don’t know why but the first post in a new blog always seems so daunting or maybe it just feels heavy like a responsibility to post Enjoyable content. I’m not sure if this will be enjoyable content for all, but it’s our life, it’s my life. We are almost crunchy, partially granola, bacon loving vegans…in other words, we are GrassFedBroccoli. So what exactly is grass fed broccoli?  It’s a play on words. Our family makes a pretty big attempt to be green and eco friendly yet we are not fully there and, in all honesty, we love meat too much to be vegan.
