Rosewater / Apa de trandafiri

Ingredients:



  • 500 g of fresh rose petals (for jam)
  • 1 litre distilled water


Steps:

Wash the fresh petals.

Place in bowl and cover with water.

Boil on low heat until the petals remain white.

Place in the refrigerator.



Ingrediente:


  • 500 gr petale de trandafir (pentru dulceata)
  • 1 litru apa distilata


Pasi:

Se spala petalele proaspete.

Se pun in vas si se acopera cu apa.

Se pune la fiert la foc mic.

Se fierbe pana petalele raman albe.

Se pune in frigider.
