Body Confidence

There is absolutely nothing wrong with how your Body looks. You look just as good as the next person in a bikini, how you look versus how someone else looks is not a competition.
I have met so many people who have a different view of what "looking good" means to them. I hear some girls ( and guys ) speak in envy about someone else's skinny body and how they wish they looked like that. I have also heard many people wish that they could be thicker, or curvier. Don't allow what your peer's view of what physically appealing is, influence your own ideas, because that is when you may develop a toxic mindset and stop being and thinking like your true self.
To be real with you, there has been times when myself or a friend has found the person the other one is interested in as unattractive, but clearly the other person finds them Attractive. This goes to show that beauty and attraction really is in the eye of the beholder. What you view as sexy, pretty, hot, whatever, is all up to you and should not be influenced by other people's perceptions of beauty.
Confidence and kindness are truly the most attractive things of all and I'm not bullshitting when I say they really do make a person more attractive. When you are kind to yourself and to other's it really does shine through. Also, you don't have to try and be attractive. We constantly hear what clothing items we should and should not wear because we want what's "most flattering". Who cares what's most flattering or what will make you more attractive, if that's not important to you then so be it. On the other hand there is nothing wrong with wanting to care about your looks,
just make sure they are what you want and not what you think other people want you to look like.
And to end it all off, here is one of my favourite quotes applicable to many situation in life:
"a flower does not compete with the flower next to it, it just blooms"
