Brain Fog

What do you do when you get Brain fog? Do you just "deal with it"...ignore it? I see so many people just settle with "it is what it is", and suffer each day instead of striving to be their best self. Just like when you eat unhealthy for a few days straight and feel sluggish and gross, the same thing happens to your mind when you neglect and stop nurturing it as you should. Getting back into your optimal mental state obviously takes time, but here are some small ways you can hopefully wake up tomorrow feeling more "put together" with less brain fog!
1. Physically look put together
- get your nails done
- stay on top of a hygiene routine
- tidy your space
- get a facial or DIY
2. Rest
Go to bed early, I can't stress this one enough, stay on top of a healthy sleep hygiene routine, or take the time to create one
3. Plan
- plan your week, set small goals
Spend less time on your phone, or other distractions to avoid feeling crappy about yourself after: focus on your goals and tasks at hand, then feel relieved once you check that small goal off
4. Release
In order to de clutter that brain fog, you need to release any tension you may be carrying around
- Write it out, talk it out, AND sweat it out: this one may be the hardest but I find the best results with it.
