Mental Workout Plan

We all know that the more we practice something the better we become, right?
Sometimes I forget this principle when it comes to my Mental health. I Workout a few times a week which means I set aside time in my day to go to the gym or park or wherever. Why don't I do the same for my mind?! I think some people are more dedicated to working out because it's results you can physically see, maybe people comment about it, your clothes fit better and so on. We could look at our mind the same way as this. If we take the time each day or even just a few times per week to recharge and have a Mental Workout, just imagine how unstoppable we would be. A healthy and fit mind can improve how you are in the gym, around your peers, in school, work, everything. My goal is to focus on my mental workout the same as I would a physical one. This means taking the time to do self reflections once a week, getting out in nature more, meditating, limiting time with technology, reading more, etc. If we decide to pay just as much attention to our minds as we do our physical workout plan we could improve all aspects of our life and create a healthy mental workout plan as well.
