Being in a bad Mood sucks OBVIOUSLY... and when we're in a bad mood the last thing most of us want to do is slap on a smile. Although it may seem like the last thing you want to do, faking that you're in a good mood really can get you out of a bad one. Sometimes we like to wallow in our self pity, I get it, but the faster you get out of that bad mood, the more productive you can continue being in you day. If something is really bothering you try writing it down, thinking about it (for only a minute though!) and move on. Don't allow someone else's comment, your negative perception of yourself, a bad grade or a bad driver to ruin your mood for the rest of the day. Sometimes all you gotta do is sap on a smile.
It's just a bad moment, not a bad day, not a bad life.
