No matter who you are, or where you are in life, you're always going to encounter Stress. We all hate it but we all crave it in some way. Not stressed enough? something must be wrong. We are so used to having something to stress about and overthink. When we have a moment of bliss it usually never lasts long because rest is too foreign to us. What I have found that helps is to practice meditating and to learn what it actually means to meditate, it may not be what you think. Picture your worries on little cars driving past you back and forth and try not to personalize with any of them; our ego tends to force us to do otherwise. Don't fight the fact that they are there, just accept them and put all things into perspective. I can almost promise you that whatever you are worrying about whether its subconsciously or not, is really not the be all end all.
