If you are in uni or college right now, then I'm assuming you have or are currently dealing with midterms? Yes? okay, so here's how to get through them.
I get stressed out just as much as the next guy but noticing your Stress and tackling it right away is the key difference between someone who takes control of their situation and someone who has it the other way around. My number one tip for midterms is... DO NOT PROCRASTINATE. Take a look at you course outline every week and in your agenda, jot down what chapters you are going to study and on which days. This is a huge help for me because that way I don't feel too disorganized and when it comes down to the test day I have already prepped weeks in advance. Tip number two ( something that I am still woking on) is to stop thinking about your other assignments or worries while studying for something else. Focus and bring all you attention to one think at a time; don't stress yourself out. Lastly, remember to just try you best, study efficiently for just an hour a day if that's all you have time for and put things into perspective. This test is not the end all be all, life goes on so don't sweat the small stuff.
