VOIP without the computer — it plugs directly into your cable modem!  Perfect for someone like me who relies mainly on my cell Phone.  You get a local phone number and all you pay are the taxes and fees.  (Add Premier services for $10 a month and its still cheaper than a regular phone line?)

Seems pretty cool!
