Yogurt/Yoghurt

As I eat my breakfast, I sit in a slight state of contemplation.

Jassen flicks on the tv show, Glee.

Pepper chases a hairtie that is tossed around the room. Funny girl.

Managed to lose over 7lbs before the holidays and now, managed to gain back 4lbs of it. HA!
Not bad for eating more food and not exercising.

Now, I am back to the grind.

Here is the plan:

Lose 15lbs by Feb 28th/March 1st

Lose 10-15lbs by April 30/May 1st

= Goal

I should be able to shift the 4lbs I gained in the next couple of weeks. I also wouldnt mind being ahead of schedule.
As soon as spring is springing, I will start training for my 5K in September. This should help melt the weight off as well as tone. This should be a good year.:-)
