1st September,New Delhi. Mail Today organised its first FOOD Summit and Fair at Kamal Mahal and Nandiya Gardens , ITC Maurya.
The Agenda of the Summit was to discuss the future of Food Industry . The Summit started from Morning and summed up till late evening.
And also interesting and informative discussion took place which included eminent panelists and popular public figures like Chef Sanjeev Kapoor , Chef Manish Mehrotra, NITI AAYOG CEO Shri Amitabh Kant and others.

While the summit was taking place at the Kamal Mahal , the Food Fair was held at Nandiya Gardens which included delicacies from famous restaurants like Garam Dharam , Roost,Cafe Hawkers etc.
Flavorsome dishes from Garam Dharam Restaurant in CP. We tasted a small portion of their Chicken Biryani,Vegetable Biryani, Dal Makhani and Balti Meat where we loved the Balti Meat and Dal Makhni which were pretty toothsome.
After this we went to The Roost , which is quite popular in Hauz Khas Village for its food and its hospitality.
Here we got the Chance to speak with their Chef Mr.Hosang Debta and their Manager Mr. Saurabh as they explained to us the intricacies of their Thai delicacy.
The Social Reviewer team loved their Thai Spring Rolls , Chicken Espatada and Thai Skewers , they were mouth watering and indeed the audience present at the summit relished their flavorful dishes which they served with an equally amazing sauces.
And then there was Cafe Hawkers whose Kamal Kakdi Chaat and Bombay Vada Pav were the highlights of the Stall.
Wide range of topics which covered every aspect of food were discussed which led to an informative and fruitful session for all the audience who came to listen to these articulated speakers.
This event had all the sought-after professionals from the Food Industry under one roof.
