1 Raisin and olive Fettuccine

Ingredients:

¼ teaspoon threads of saffron, 4 ounces of fettuccine, 2 teaspoon butter, 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper, 3 ounces of paneer cubes, two and a half teaspoons of heavy whipping cream, one and a half pitted green olives, sliced, 1 teaspoon grated, parmesan cheese, ½ ounces of raisins, 1/8 teaspoon paprika, Salt to taste

Recipe:

Mix saffron into hot water in a small bowl. Leave it until the water turns yellow.

Cook fettuccine into boiled water adding a little salt and half teaspoon of oil. Drain after it turns soft.

Heat butter in a pan over medium heat then add cream and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and mix Parmesan cheese, paprika, salt, and pepper into that cream mixture. Simmer for 1 minute.

Add saffron water, olives, raisins, and paneer into the cream sauce and simmer until the sauce turns thick, about one and half minute. Then add fettuccine to that sauce and toss to coat. Cook for 5 minutes on low flame.

Really nice breakfast to have on weekends.

Alfredo Potato

Ingredients:

5 medium sized boiled potatoes, salt to taste, 3 Tbsp butter, 2 cups heavy cream, 1 medium onion finely chopped, 1 large carrot- grated, 1 tbsp of black pepper, 1 can of Alfredo Sauce, 1 Tbsp butter.

Recipe:

Cut the boiled potatoes in whatever shape you like and put aside sprinkling some salt over it.

In a pan, heat butter and add 1/2 of the chopped onions and grated carrot. Tossed it for a minute and then let it. Later, grind the mixture in a grinder, turning it to a smooth paste.

Again heat a pan pouring ½ tbsp. of butter. Saute the remaining onion for half a minute, add the grinder paste and half cup of water. Bring it boil, add salt and the whole of Alfred sauce. Set aside the pan, add chopped boiled potatoes and black pepper.

Serve with garnishing chopped coriander leaves. Give a healthy treat to your family with this recipes. I’m sure, kids are going to love it. It is surely a way to sway the elder ones as well.

3 Toothsome tasty mustard Broccoli

Ingredients:

One large head broccoli cut into florets, one tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, ½ teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons of Dijon Mustard Sauce, processed cheese (optional)

Recipes:

Heat a pan on medium flame and add extra virgin olive oil to it. Toss broccoli florets into the pan until its cooked tender-crisp. Then add salt, Dijon mustard sauce, and stir to mix it up. Cook again for 1 minute. If you like you can add cheese melted into the microwave on it. It enhances flavor and gives it an Italian touch.
