Marine, ozonic floral accord - suggestions?

Inspired by a recent visit to a coastal island nature preserve, I decided to embark on my first attempt at a "marine accord". My idea for a fragrance was shaped by the Marine environment (beach), and surrounding woodland with lots of pine, sea laurel and star jasmine filling the evening air. I looked up a few marine accord recipes for a point of reference and noticed that many use massive amounts of hedione/galoxide/habanolide/IsoE. While I'm fine with hedione and lighter biodegradable musks like velvione, I'd like to avoid the latter fuzzy monster molecules.

Question 1: Is is possible to get the ozonic diffusive effect without them (Galoxide/IsoE)?

Question 2: An earlier post (thank you Mr. Ruskin) advised hedione and aldehydes for added diffusion. What proportion of the concentrate for hedione? And aldehydes . . . minute amounts as found in coriander eo or experiment with tiny amounts of c10-c12?

Question 3: The jasmine and floral notes tend to overshadow oceanic components even in small amounts. However, recommended use of oceanic components (calone, ultrazure, melon) are very low at 2% and less. So, how does one strike a balance between marine and floral . . . am I missing something? (clearly I've added the kitchen sink, and threw a few items down it - like seaweed abs and dihydromyrcenol)

Time to stop and ask for help before I burn out any more olfactory bulbs!
