I was very excited to be Contacted this morning by one of my followers to show me the results of their latests endeavours. Eleanor has been following my site and Facebook page since I launched in late August and contacted me previously about a dark North facing room that she hoped to Transform.

Well transform she has but not just that she has embraced colour and pattern in a really creative way through a statement Wall, strong pinks and co- ordinated light fittings. She's added nice little touches with nice simple clean lines in her blinds and a change of door handles in her cabinets

We all know this type of room because nearly every bungalow built in Ireland during the 60's and 70's has at least one if not more. So to see Eleanor really dive into her creativity to transform this room without having to knock down walls really makes me feel positive about the inspiration I can bring to my followers - Well Done Eleanor!

The paint and wall paper she picked up in Colortrend in Celbridge - wallpaper is pretty funky and unique! Address Here

And she picked up her Stag lamp from Carraig Donn reduced from €100 to €60  - now that's what I call Smart Shopping!
