High School Musical star Vanessa Anne Hudgens is one of the most popular teenage sensations of the early 2000s. Born on 14 December 1988, Vanesa Hudgens started her career in music when she was just eight years old. She began with local productions of famous plays like The Wizard of Oz, Music Man and Cinderella. After appearing in many stage plays and musicals, she started auditioning for commercials and television ads. Her first role was in sitcom named Still Standing.

But a turning point in her career came in 2005 with High School Musical in which she starred alongside Zac Effron and Ashley Tisdale. It was a massive hit and Disney fans went crazy over the chemistry between Zac and Vanessa. Her song Breaking Free which was a duet with Zac made it to the top 4 on the Billboard Hot 100 list. Come Back to Me and Say OK were among her other hit musical hits. High School Musical 2 came in the year 2007 and it became the highest rated Disney channel movie of all time. High School Musical 3: Senior Year was also a huge hit.

Vanessa’s other movies include Thirteen, Thunderbirds, Bandslam, Sucker punch, Journey 2: The Mysterious Island, Machete Kills, Gimme Shelter, Freaks of Nature. She starred opposite Selena Gomez and James Franco in The Spring Breakers which earned positive reviews. She became a household name in the US when she started dating Zac Effron in 2005. They dated till 2010. At present she is committed to Austin Butler. Often her nude images have created a lot of controversies. In 2007 and in 2009, nude pics of the star surfaced on the internet and created a lot of mess in her career life.
